This what I'm about to say should be shared with everyone in your company.We had a new 2- stage heat pump installed in august in our home by your team, and oh, by the way we love the unit.The product is not what I'm writing you about.What I want to let you know about is your team,that sold it and installed it.We were getting ready to have one of you competitors install this for us,but we decided to get a couple of more estimates instead.The 1st one we called was service today and what do you know,they couldn't give us an estimate today.Go figure huh? The other guy who I know also said he could not get there today,because he was in a meeting,who I won't mention his name,but the company sells carrier units.Anyway we called you guys and you came out right away.That's when we met Rob.I know you have probably heard this a 100 times before,but this guy deserves a "BIG" pat on the back.Rob is the real reason why we never chose your competitor to install the unit for us.From the 1st moment we met Rob we knew we were going to use your company to install this for us.I could go on all day about him, but the bottom line is,his knowledge of the product and above all was his honesty.The entire team with Rob the day of the install did a fantastic job and was very professional.I cant express enough how pleased we are with your company and your product.Keep up the good work and talk too you soon.

Dear Mark;
Just a few words of thanks. During a hot weather period all of a sudden our new home air conditioner failed. The builder was not available. Your Tech came right away and tested the system to find the return coolant line was way over pressurized. He did not put a short term fix and just reduce the pressure but through his persistent trouble shooting he did locate a well hidden kinked line causing the problem. As a result the system is working better than it ever had in the past. We appreciate the prompt and professional service that Comfort Air provides. Thank you again.

As a new customer and not knowing exactly what to expect when our air conditioner broke down this past weekend, I was pleasantly surprised by your company.
My husband and I were pretty desperate at 2:00 AM on Saturday morning when we discovered that the system was not working. We called your number and couldn’t believe that we were actually talking to a real person. As promised, a technician called us back within 15 minutes, and set up the appointment for later that day. Chuck was prompt, courteous and efficient. I cannot tell you how glad we were when he told us you had the necessary parts in stock. He had the system up and running in no time.
We also decided to take advantage of your maintenance program which I think paid for itself on this visit alone. If all your technicians are as knowledgeable and efficient as Chuck, this is the beginning of a long relationship.
