... so Shirley called the gas company we deal with. The Gas company told Shirley that it would be a few days before they could take a look at the furnace. Shirley found your phone number in the phone book and called you all. Within minutes your furnace repair folks were here. They diagnosed the problem with the furnace and went and found the parts. We had our furnace repaired in record time, and at a very very reasonable cost.

... Now that summer is winding down, I can tell you that your assessment was right on target regarding the tonnage and the additional ceiling vent in the great room. Even better, my electric bills dropped by 25% when compared to the same period last year. And this year was the hottest on record so, in reality, the percentage drop would have been even greater had last year been equally as hot. ... We had a new 2-stage heat pump installed in August in our home by your team, and we love the unit. But the product is not what I'm writing you about. What I want to let you know about is your team that sold it and installed it.
We were getting ready to have one of you competitors install this for us, but we decided to get a couple of more estimates instead. The 1st one we called was 'Something Today' and what do you know, they couldn't give us an estimate today. Go figure huh? The other guy I know also said he could not get there today, because he was in a meeting, I won't mention his name, but the company sells carrier units. Anyway, we called you guys and you came out right away. That's when we met Rob. I know you have probably heard this a hundred times before, but this guy deserves a "BIG" pat on the back. Rob is the real reason why we never chose your competitor to install the unit for us. From the first moment we met Rob we knew we were going to use your company to install this for us. I could go on all day about him, but the bottom line is, his knowledge of the product was extensive and above all was his honesty. The entire team with Rob the day of the install did a fantastic job and was very professional. I can't express enough how pleased we are with your company and your product. ... when our air conditioner broke down this past weekend, I was pleasantly surprised by your company. My husband and I were pretty desperate at 2:00 AM on Saturday morning when we discovered that the system was not working. We called your number and couldn't believe that we were actually talking to a real person. As promised, a technician called us back within 15 minutes, and set up the appointment for later that day. Chuck was prompt, courteous and efficient. I cannot tell you how glad we were when he told us you had the necessary parts in stock. He had the system up and running in no time.

... in installing new metal heating/air ducts for us recently. As you may remember, this is not an easy house to work in. The crawl space is very low, dirty, and difficult to access. ... The service has been better than excellent. In the initial visit a minor propane leak was detected and fixed by the service technician on the spot.
In subsequent visits the technician notified us of an imbalance in the return air side of the system. Upon investigation I discovered that this was a flaw in the installation design. Upon contacting our builder the installing company was notified to add a third return air duct of which was done at no cost.
